John W. Howard, Ph.D.
Solutions Provider
John earned his Doctorate in Social and Organizational Psychology at
the University of Oregon in 1977, and worked for the next two years
in private, non-profit research organizations. With an inclination for
business and a desire to apply his education in a real-world setting,
he launched a 30-year career in entrepreneurial settings, owning and
managing several different successful businesses. Twice he set up from
scratch sales organizations that built annual sales from zero to over
$100 million, in periods of less than 5 years.
In 2001, John and his spouse, Rhonda, formed Performance Resources,
LLC, to help other businesses apply both the fruits of their business
experience and John's professional education, combined with the information
tools developed by Profiles International, Inc.

Michele S. Howard
Solutions Provider
Michele left a 10-year career as a successful real estate broker to
join Performance Resources, LLC. She also has experience and training
in retail sales and in retail finance, so is comfortable working in
a broad range of business settings.
Michele has a Bachelor of
Science in Economics and has received extensive training from Profiles
International.

John R. Hauber
Solutions Provider
John has earned an honorary
Phd from the School of Hard Knocks with a formal education in computer
science and business management from MIT (Missouri Institute of
Technology), way back when they still used punch cards. From manager of
a fast food restaurant to COO for a high tech telecom company, John has
spent the last 20+ years building and managing successful work teams.
He is a student of time tested business principles with a passion to
help others succeed.

Jeannette L. Seibly
Speaker, Trainer & Facilitator
Jeannette Seibly, Principal
of SeibCo, LLC has been making a difference with organizations for over
24 years. As a Work & Career Strategist for 11 years, she has designed
and implemented proactive and cost-effective solutions to resolve people
problems that impact the bottom line.
Ms. Seibly has provided consulting
services to the following sectors: e-business, insurance, high-tech,
manufacturing, forest products, production & engineering companies,
advertising and marketing services, consulting, venture capital firms,
CPA firms, and associations. She has also published various articles on
business and leadership coaching for numerous publications including the
Insider Business Journal. She holds an
M.A.
in Communications and a B.S. in Public & Personnel Administration
from Michigan State University.

Jeffrey A. Tuscano

Jeff joins Performance Resources, LLC after many years in the financial industry. Prior to that, he spent several years in the field of international patent and trademark law. In 2003, he and his family moved from the Washington, DC area to St. George, UT. Jeff's decision to unite with Performance Resources directly correlates to his experience of working with clients who sought productivity in the stock market while assuming calculated risks. He believes that employers can use effective, reliable assessment tools to make better-calculated decisions with regard to both hiring and retaining productive employees. Return on investment is an important principle with Jeff!
Jeff has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish from Brigham Young University and also received extensive training from Profiles International.

Shannon Lear Martin
Shannon Lear Martin is the President of Texas-based TrainUtopia (www.trainutopia.com), helping companies improve their organizational performance to meet their business goals. An expert in training effectiveness measurement, Shannon has an extensive background in the training and customer service industries. She was manager of customer service for both the MacOS and PC divisions of Power Computing Corporation, and served as Training & Development Liaison at 3M Company.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and uses Performance Resources' tools and techniques to help TrainUtopia's customers, and adds her expertise to solutions offered to Performance Resources' clients.

Helen is a seasoned Human Resources veteran with experience in healthcare, high tech, and retail industries. As a member of several senior executive teams, she has first hand experience with and solutions to the challenges of creating a world class culture. Her passion is building an "employer of choice" organization where people have solid relationships with their managers, can do what they do best, and have the chance to learn and grow. Through the use of precision assessment tools, results-based people decisions can be made, enhancing employee engagement and delivering a substantial return on investment.
Helen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and has completed selected graduate coursework in the Marriott School of Management, both at Brigham Young University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute of SHRM.

Jan Foster

Jan Foster has over 25 years in consultative selling experience including 18 years representing Xerox Corporation in Chicago and Portland, Oregon, and 10 years with web technology consulting firms. She has partnered with clients within the full spectrum of enterprises including Fortune 50 to small entrepreneurial organizations, public, private, technology, healthcare, consulting services, non-profit, government and startup organizations.
For the past seven years, Jan has been deeply involved in the training and development field, working with companies to develop effective interactive, web-based training and communications programs. She has been very active in the American Society for Training and Development, the Organizational Development Network, Software Association of Oregon and other professional organizations that build leadership skills in employees and their businesses. Jan is also founder of an executive networking group which has supported over 250 experienced professionals through job transitions.
Jan is skilled at building strong relationships and helping organizations reach higher levels of professionalism and client satisfaction. Jan holds a BA in Psychology from University of Kentucky.
